Truth is one, said in several styles

While I was surfing on net for my research project, liaison of religions, I saw a beautiful article in the website of Ramakrishna mission. The article complies the concepts of UNIVERSAL TEACHINGS OF DIFFERENT FAITHS. I will paste the article below, before that am adding a few words as an introduction.

The very word religion came from the Latin word- re-ligo, which means reconnect.. .. the epitome of religion is to harmonize person's and person's and person and religion and also stressed to re-unify the broken hearts which was divided in the name of religion/ cast/creed. so the idea of Vedanta has not ordained to become a good or devoted Hindu but a human being, he should arise himself to the status of pure ones. Vedic literature talks about humanity-irrespective of caste, class or country so they asked - is there different believes? “Ekam sat, vipraah bahudha vidanti” - Truth is one, but the wise call it by several names." (Rigveda samhita (1.164.46)

Rishi's welcome knowledge from any source irrespective of anything..They hold the principle that wisdom is important not persons. so they said- May noble wisdom come to us from all sides, undeceived, unhindered, overflowing RigVeda 1.89.1/2

These were the veda mantras that was chanted by the rishis of yore to harmonize believes and that is also my intention while posting this post..
"May all beings look at me with a friendly eye. May I do likewise, and may we all look on each other with the eyes of a friend". Yajur Veda 36.18.
"Let us have concord with our own people, and concord with people who are strangers to us;The Divine Twins create between us and the strangers a unity of hearts. May we unite in our minds, unite in our purposes, and not fight against the divine spirit within us. Let not the battle-cry arise amidst many slain, nor the arrows of the War-god fall with the break of day." Atharva Veda 7.52.1-2

The need of the hour is peace. And let that peace come from me, irrespective of country/caste/creed/sects/faiths.

“Om. May there be peace in heaven. May there be peace in the sky. May there be peace on earth. May there be peace in the waters. May there be peace in the plants. May there be peace in the trees. May there be peace in the gods. May there be peace in Brahman. May there be peace in all. May that peace, real peace, be mine.” (Yajur Veda, 36.17)

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God” (Mathew, 5.9)

Prophet Mohamed said: 'All mankind are Gods children and those dearest to God are the ones who treat His children kindly.' (Hadith) and also he said- 'One who hurts a non - Muslim, he hurts me, and one who hurts me, hurts God.' (Hadith)
